Center for Nanoscale Science and Technology (CNST)

This core top down fabrication facility for nanodevices is a multi user open facility for members of Texas A&M University. The center equipped with a Class 100 cleanroom houses a JEOL T330 E-beam lithography for various nanometer scale fabrication.
