Organoids/Spheroid generation & Manipulation
Organoids/spheroids are one of the easiest 3D cell culture models that can provide accurate structure and functions of tissue or cancer models while maintaining histopathological characteristics. We are creating uniform sized organoids/spheroids in high throughput manner which is highly demanding aspect among others but not accomplished in general due to technical limitations and are attempting to manipulate them to enhance cancer biology and relevant therapies.
