Lab-on-a-chip

Lab-on-a-chip

Miniaturized lab-on-a-chip systems can be utilized in various scenarios of biology investigations, such as point-of-care diagnosis, single-cell analysis, and mutant selection, to name a few. We have developed a handful of single-cell manipulation and characterization technologies, and have integrated them to form different types of microfluidics systems to achieve customized lab-on-a-chip systems.

Topics

Single Cell Manipulation Technologies

Developing functional manipulation modules for general microfluidic applications

Mutant Selection

Enriching target subpopulation from a library for target biology performance

Point-of-care and Rapid Analytics

Developing analytical platforms to achieve single-cell level characterizations or population-based studies
