The Material Characterization Facility (MCF) located in the 3rd floor of the Jack E. Brown building has various fabrication equipments (Mask aligner, spin coater, RIE, metal evaporator, wire bonder) and Characterization equipments (XPS, nanoindenter, 3D microscope, profilometer, and a confocal microscope).
